British Museum
We have been working with the British Museum for a number of years on the DVDs that showcase their treasures and accompany their major exhibitions.
The DVDs contain documentaries on the exhibitions, many of which were previously shown on the BBC as well as, galleries of the works.
The Masterpieces of the British Museum Collection is a 6 DVD box set based on the BBC series. The set features the stories behind some artifacts such as the Sutton Hoo Helmet that dates from the 7th Century AD, and Druer’s beautifully drawn Rhinoceros’ from 1515. We have also created DVDs on the works of Michelangelo and on their most recent exhibition ‘Fra Angelico to Michaelangelo’.
The ‘great leaders’ series has been running for several years and has featured priceless pieces that are often being shown in the UK for the first time. These include the Chinese Terracotta Army, Moctezuma the last leader of the Aztecs, Hadrian the 14th Emperor of Rome.
All DVDs are NTSC to ensure their suitability for worldwide play.
